Returns & Shipping

Please understand that we are a small business. We love to bring our clients a quality of different product, rather than a quantity of the same product over and over again. Because of this, we only accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your products, for store credit only (credit does not expire). All formal dresses including prom, homecoming & sale merchandise is final sale.

RETURNING IN STORE:
You can bring your items to our store front in Creekside Plaza (Boardman, Ohio) for in person returns/exchanges.

MAILING A RETURN BACK?
You can either ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose or contact us to provide a prepaid shipping label. $7 return label cost will be deducted from your refund using the prepaid label.
